Has there been a power outage or has you circuit braker tripped? go to you electrical switchboard and check that the air conditioning braker is turned on.
Sometime if there has been a glitch or an update, the system just needs a reboot, to do this we suggest turning the isolator or braker off for 5 minutes then turn the system back on.
If your system is not working and you require a technician to come to site, give us a call and book in an appointment, this call out fee will cost $250 and it will include the first hour, hopefully this gets you up and running.
If we couldn’t get your system up and running, we will usually give you a price to repair your existing system while we are there.
If your system is beyond repair or the price to repair is not worth it because of the age of the unit, we will quote you to replace the system with a new one.
As an added bonus, If you choose to use us for the install of your new unit, we will deduct the service call out fee off of the price of your new system.
